Bad quality

not for beginners .
The quality of the video is bad , there is not a complete detailed instruction for performing the kicks . You MUST have martial arts background in order to practice with this dvd, otherwise you will be lost .

You still need personal guide
0 von 2 finden das hilfreich If you don't have martial arts background , you wont do anything with this book . I have TKD background , so even for me is quiet difficult to figure out certain techniques like the clinches . For that you will need a partner who also have knowledge of martial arts . Also the pictures are not very clear and its difficult to watch how the technique is performed from that angle .
You can buy this book and then join a MUay Thai place to achieve at least one year of experience in this martial art.
