Good Shoe

Fast for Short Distances
This shoe is excellent for what it is - a fast 5k/10K racer & interval shoe. I personally think there are some faster options for 5K/10K race, but you can usually find this shoe for a good deal & it is certainly up there for fastest 5K racers. Overall - a very good shoe. Lightweight, fits well & is not overly harsh.

Excellent Speed Training & Tempo Shoe
This is now an older super shoe & it wasn't even the fastest when it came out, but it is still a solid, durable shoe that can go fast. The best part is you can find this shoe much cheaper than the high end super shoes & can actually use it for training & tempo runs - which it would be exceptional at. Still a very good product with the fantastic Puma Grip outsole.
