Perfect converter
Have good old panasonic dvd player with surround.The dvd have 3 inputs for audio. I bought this item because i have multiple devices connected to my tv and i had odd sound problems when i select source on my old dvd 5.1 player. Now everything is going through this device, no background sound, nothing. Just the clear sound. The quality of the audio is very good. One thing more worth to mention: the tv sound and dvd sound are synchronized, there is no delay at all so you can listen both of them. Just to be clear, there is no chance to receive 5.1 sound through analog. Everything perfect.
