1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is the only Vitamin C supplement that offers such high concentration of Vit C. In order to seriously boost your immune system against bugs, it’s recommended that you take 6,000 to 9,000 mg a day. This is the easiest way to get such maga doses with out getting loose stools from tablets or chewables. About the flavor, it tastes like concentrated citric acid (basically Vit C chewables). It tastes better than other liposomal formulas (in my opinion). One of my children likes the taste, the other does not. They both agree it tastes better than the leading liposheric Vit C supplement (at only 1,000 mg).
