Just what I needed...

This replaces a similar Nike product I used as my handheld water bottle. For some reason it's hard to find this style. It's perfect. I don't like the holster style water bottle belts. They slosh around on you hips and I hate that. This size is ideal for about an hour of running - depending on the temperature. More than that and you may need a refill or a Camelback style system.

Great Way To Keep Your Garmin Watch Going...

This is the only battery I know of that works if you want to attempt to replace your dead Garmin battery on your Forerunner-10 or Forerunner-15 running watch. If you take your time and carefully follow the step-by-step instructions you too can save money and keep your watch going instead of it becoming yet another disposable item in the landfill.
