Good, could be better

What's good:
• Outer dimensions match saddle blocks precisely.
• Edges are clean, shims are flat.
• .005" raises the saddles in very fine increments. Kind of a mixed blessing. I used 4 shims under a single saddle. I ended up using 10 of the 12 on a single guitar.
What could be better:
• Shims have holes positioned for the rearward screw hole in the bridge. But if you run the screw into the forward (toward the neck) hole, the end of the shim peeks out ahead of the saddle. If there was a second hole in the opposite end of the shim positioned for the forward hole, the shims would not be visible in either case.
