Holy Grail of Acoustic Guitar DIs
After many false starts and wrong turns, this is a DI box I can live with. The imaging feature is fantastic and allows you to dial in your idealized guitar tone regardless of body size (I'm mainly using this with a small-body acoustic guitar but can make it sound like a big old J-200 if I want to). I'm developing an "amp-less" stage setup for acoustic and electric guitar and this handles the acoustic side of things with style and grace.

Great Edition of a Classic
This is a classic '60s film, by cinematographer/director Haskell Wexler, who shot some of the most important movies of the period. Part documentary and part reality-based fiction, the film sets a character-driven plot against the turbulence of the 1968 Chicago Democratic convention. In the year of Donald Trump, "Medium Cool" has a special resonance for this child of the Sixties. This is a beautifully rendered Blu-Ray transfer with a great soundtrack and special features.
