Excellent ice pack
I've now got 3 of these & have used 2 of them regularly for a few months. They are lasting well & are very good quality. The gel freezes flexible and conforms nicely to the area needing iced, although a bit of bending the pack first helps. They stay frozen in use for at least an hour. It's best to wrap one in a teatowel or cloth so it's not too cold & this also makes it last longer. I use for migraines. Having two is best to have one refreezing whilst you use the other. I bought this extra one for my boyfriend's house!

Not very moisturising!
Not massively impressed, wish I'd spent another few £ & treated myself to Pureology. This has silicones in it which I wasn't really after, but I thought I'd still try it, but it's been leaving my hair really very dry and not improving the condition at all. Which is a bit gutting having spent £15. I'm not wasting it so the last couple washes I have added a bit of jojoba & coconut oil into it and that's much better. So I don't think it's the silicones thats the problem, I think it's just a lack of oils in the conditioner.

Good value supplements
I like this brand I've used a few different supplements from them, always great value and good quality. Will continue to use.
