One of the best movies ever made!
The Women of Brewster Place is by far one of my favorite movies of all time. I knew I had to purchase it after seeing it a few times when it used to come on the lifetime channel a few years back. So, I went out and purchased it on dvd about two years ago and was horrified and furious when several favorite and important scenes were deleted. I will not spoil this movie by discolsing too much info about what the movie is about. However, I will say that it is a wonderful movie that tells about the lives of six women who tell their story and have one thing in common, they end up living at Brewster Place. They tell the story of love, pain, and struggles that they face. Some of the starring characters are Oprah Winfrey, Jackee', Robin Givens, Lonnette Mckee, and Lynn Whitfield. I would recommend buying the movie on vhs and not on dvd. Otherwise you will be missing out on seeing the entire movie!
