Fabulous Colorado Cook Book
The cover of the book states, "Recipes and recollections from the kitchens and campfires of Colorado's homemakers, hikers, skiers, mountain bikers, historians, innkeepers and chefs."
I purchased this book for a friend, because the statement totally describes her person. I looked through it before I gave it to her, and was so impressed I will be buying a copy for myself! This could not be a more perfect cook book for anyone with an outdoor nature.
