Good deal on a quality two-fer cymbal set
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This was one of my finer deals of 2012. I'm re-assembling a drum kit after being away from playing for THREE decades! It was a joy to find two hi-hat cymbals in pretty good shape, for under $50. Thanks for the opportunity to rediscover the joys of playing, and at a good price. Thanks!

A well-crafted story of inspiration
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I had a family friend recommend this book to me last year, and sorry that I took so long to get into it. Remarkable and inspiring, in the vein of "Unbroken," but even more fascinating to me, with its insights into a sport I had not really thought of before. Also compelling history of America and Germany as World War II looms. Wonderful character sketches and an intricate story line that weaves continents, families and generations. Well worth the reading, and I bet you will continue thinking about the times and people long after your reading is finished.
