Billy Blanks-Taebo: Fat Blasting Cardio AND Total Body
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is a challenging workout! I love ALL of the Billy Blanks workouts, especially the ones with the bands. However if you don't have the bands to use at first, I've found that using light 1-3 pound dumbbells increases your burn quite nicely!I am in better shape at 40 something than I have been for years. You will definitely see results in a matter of weeks if you just keep doing it! Don't give up...

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is the DVD that got me recently HOOKED on Billy Blanks workouts! Now, I can't get enough. This is a VERY challenging hour of workout. I have purchased many of his dvds because I fell in love with THIS particular DVD and I do this one at least once a week because it is the toughest one yet. I like to mix it up though, and have at least 15 different Billy Blanks videos. Excellent,intense, fat burning, muscle-shaping workouts! You will NOT be disappointed even without the bands!
