End of the Spear DVD
3 von 4 finden das hilfreich I have a personal interest in this movie because Nate Saint was instrumental in my father becoming a missionary pilot - my mother maintained contact with Marj Saint until she died (my mother). I found the movie very moving, did not come across as a religious movie to me. I found myself tearful near the end of the movie. I grew up in a country called Dutch New Guinea, now known as West Papua, there were headhunters, missionaries were killed, one airplane chopped to pieces with stone axes! I think other people would also enjoy a look at some of the old cultures that are being pretty much stomped out. I actually bought the movie because I wanted by brother and sister to see it. I think it is a great movie! Initially I was able to buy this movie along with another that was interviews with the wives of the 5 men killed. I haven't been able to find that DVD.
