Good Product
Overall the product is good. It was easy to assemble and is fairly quite during operation. Updating firmware was easy via the iPhone application. Had an issue with the unit registering speed which took 3 days to resolve through Tacx email support. Once response was received the instructions to correct the problem were very accurate and clear. After using the trainer I noticed that it does not have the same lateral stability of my old Kurt Kinetic trainer (which was a bit wider and heavier). Tacx could make this product great by improving customer support (currently no phone number to call), and increasing the lateral stability.
