Limited usefulness
Smells quite strong until you get used to it so we were hopeful it would have a real effect on flies.
After several days there were 5 small insect bodies nearby but house flies were still active as ever.
It might work better in a confined space such as a cupboard but the flies don't go in the cupboards.
I may be being a little unfair as although our kitchen is relatively small we do get quite a lot of footfall though so doors are opened quite often.

Unfortunately this one was supplied with a very poor fixing for the hanging chain, just a piece of wire welded to the top nut, and that was badly bent in transit so is even weaker.

Easy to use and clean
This device is light, easy to use and performs well. Changing from one mode to another is simple. The different gauges stay firmly in place once fixed, no wobbling or coming off as with other similar devices.
A single AA battery seems to last an exceptional time and number of uses.
Great for taking on holiday replacing razor and trimmer in one easy package.
