  The seller failed to ship the strap and had over three weeks to do so. eBay was involved to recover the funds. The strap has now been relisted for double the price. A very disappointing experience.

  The item was not wrapped in protective bubblewrap but just put directly into the thin delivery bag, and therefore arrived DAMAGED in multiple loose pieces. Item wasnt shipped until ten days after purchase, with me having to contact the seller multiple times. And now i have a broken item. Refund please!!
