Historically accurate and scale size.
It is the most accurate example of a wood sided reefer that I know of.

Good quality with accurate trucks
The K-line 2-bay operating hopper has always had more detail than the Lionel version. The paint and trucks are much better on the later versions of the K-line operating hopper than the early ones. However, you could get a closed hopper cover with simulated roof top doors on the early K-line hoppers that is not available on later production models. This model includes simulated coal and ash loads.

Poor Quality Paint Job
Unpainted cover (molded in black) detaches to revel sparse amount of spray paint on the interior of 2 bay operating hopper. The bottom of the hopper was also under sprayed by K-line. Wheeled trucks have plastic frames. Sides and ends of hopper were painted and stenciled correctly.
