  The seller is extraordinary. I could tell the 60+ year old item was never opened. It was packed in a sturdy box and there was a LOT of stuffing, so there was no shipping damage. Unfortunately the item contained a solvent and that bottle had leaked. Most of the figures had essentially melted over the years, and only 9 of the 32 figures were salvageable. I notified the seller about this and requested a 20% refund. Without hesitation he gave me a full refund. Definitely a great seller.

  I received the wrong track, but the seller immediately made it right by refunding me in full and extending free shipping on any future purchases. The mistake was not done intentionally. I am very impressed by their actions! Everyone should be as honest as this seller!

  This Chicago and North Western locomotive & tender shipping time was as promised and was as seller described condition. This item was packaged very well and was an exceptional value. This powerhouse combination will become part of a custom set for a kid that otherwise wouldn’t get one. Thank you Bob
