  Misleading description Its headline description implied it was about a ladies size 16 & it is not it & its a-lot bigger. I contacted the owner, they did not rsvp & the eBay action button states returning it would only get me a 1/3 of my money back & the post office is a bus ride away . Jacket will now go to a charity shop at some point. The description does say it is a mans jacket further in the add but had I seen that I would have asked for measurements . I did not & I annoyingly lost out

  Jacket was clearly described in the full listing as a men's item. Buyer didn’t ask any questions before purchasing. I was given only 8 hours to respond — overnight — before negative feedback was left. Had you allowed time for a reply, I would have gladly worked with you on a return. As a working parent, I’m not online 24/7. Disappointing experience with an impatient buyer.
