  I sent the parcel with both items, well packaged and posted. The customer contacted me more than 48 hours after receiving it, saying one item was missing. She claimed I didn't respond to her which is untrue, I sent photos and evidence of completed post. She asked me to contact courier, this is not the correct process. Ebay agreed that this was not my fault and she get refunded. Gave me a nasty and unfair review, seeing as I followed the process correctly and didn't do anything wrong.
