  Bought item for a friends birthday. Waited nearly 2 weeks to be delivered (same country) Contacted seller to see if it will still arrive, no reply. Seller contacted me a day after the delivery date to question the name on my account (had changed last name years ago and even though have been buying stuff for years without realising didn’t mind changing as per their blunt and late request). When I questioned why it’s nearly taken 2 weeks to ask this question they gave me a refund. Poor

  Some movies came with a damaged case and a couple were missing. The seller sent replacements eventually, that are currently on the way to me, so overall he took responsibility for the issue, so I'm happy.
