problems with hip stabilizer
The strap that goes around the thigh is very hard to put on, and when I finally did get it on it was extremely uncomfortable. The upper part of the Velcro kept on poking and rubbing on my skin, and no matter how I adjusted the hip stabilizer it made no difference. The hip stabilizer just kept on irritating my skin even after I had someone put some soft materiel in the area, and after an hour I had to take it off. It is my opinion that this product is poorly designed, and I do not recommend buying this product.

Dvd is in perfect shape, and worked great. this move is one of the best from the 1980's
