Great, effective diet
This old diet system is one that I can live with. I wish the handbooks were still available, too, but I can do it just fine with this book alone.

I have bought several copies of this book to give away. It is an excellent book to answer those difficult questions in life. Is God real? Can we trust the Bible? Real life questions to real life answers.
