At a price you cant go wrong
Gas Struts went on my wife's 04 plate Scenic. The car is worth very little but has been in the family since new and is still worth lots to us. Given its value and likely will be upgraded within 2 years, looking for cheap after market, rather than top quality genuine parts. Hard to say the quality of theses. but appear good and easy to fit at the price, just what I was looking for. They work fine on the heavy scenic tailgate.

It is what it is!
Its not a case of liking the product or not, it is regrettably a necessity. To make the plastic cap that clips on the clutch pedal out of plastic is for me a design fault. Inevitably it will go at some point. It would be useful if you could just buy the plastic clip end that itself just clips into the piston of the cylinder which then should cost no more than £5. Buying a used part may be buying future trouble but at this price cant go too much wrong

Appears a nice unit but sound quality was appauling
Purchased this unit from Argos online. Supposedly a shop return which fully checked and refurbished. Whilst a great price and initially all looked spot on, as soon as sound was required, we realised not so good. Simply could not listern to it either through built in speakers or headphones. There was constant crackling and interference. Not sure whether this is original reason item returned to Argos and they hadn't fixed it, or an inherent problem. Needless to say unit sent back for full refund.
