Pass the VHF-33 by and spend a few bucks more for a later version.
I've been satisfied with Voco-Pro until I purchased this unit.
Sold 'as new' open box, it shows no wear. I bought this cordless set to practice karaoke on my Voco-Pro Gigman. The reciever works properly but the microphones do not. One mic outputs at a whisper even with the gain at full enhancement. The other microphone turns a baritone voice into a 80's rockstar shrill. It makes using my corded Voco Pro mics a joy again. I'll shelve this unit and take it as a "valuable learning tool". Never buy an "affordable" entry level product.

Tyme for Party Quality
After 2011 many if the companies manufacturing CD+G karaoke disc went out of business. Fortunately PartyTyme weathered the market and greatly improved their quality.
