It appeared to be defective from the start.
I inserted the tray into my Brother Printer, and at that point, it was stuck. It didn't feed any paper, or didn't function at all.. I had to work for 20 minutes to get it removed from the printer.. I mean it was stuck in there and not releasing itself at all.
I later identified the problem as being a small part on the front of the tray that was missing a small spring that caused the stuck tray. I threw the tray away out of frustration.

And replaces my POS cracked one, so I’m happy.

Ok.... But....
The stitching on the top part that holds the two shot glasses was not “stitched” so the circle part that should hold the glasses to the body doesn’t work. Kind of defeats the purpose of this design.
