Suburban Eighth Wonder of the World
Grew up in Mount Prospect. Remember the farm field upon which Randhurst was built. In 1962 when Randhurst opened, I was a high school freshman. Thought the mall was the Eighth Wonder of the World since there was nothing like it. I worked at Wards and Carson Pirie Scott and had access to the center's unique infrastructure. The book reflects that.

Presidential and entertaining.
I'd seen The American President movie years ago. Great to visit it again. Nice romance story with a message for all Americans. Michael Douglas was excellent.

Kraftwerk electronica prime!!!
Kraftwerk electronica prime!!! Two plus Kling Klang hours. Been a fan since "Autobahn." "Remixes" title initially made me wary but all cuts intriguing listenable ear candy. Particularly loved the two "Radioactivity" cuts. Package design excellent but it needs better, more detailed liner notes.
