Very easy replacement
My programmer was about 20 years old. To swap it for this one took only seconds. The new unit knew the correct date and was preset with times to come on and off. It just needed a little adjustment to the times.
I could perhaps have got by with replacing the battery in the old unit but this was SO MUCH simpler

XV535 starter cluch
All the parts I needed. Easy to fit, looked good and worked well.
The bike running agai within a hour
Only time will tell how long it will last but I am hopefull
