Just what I needed
An exact replacement for my previous power supply that lived in a harsh environment and served faithfully for 5 years . Works great and a fair price. I have no idea why people bashed this unit. My guess would be OE....operator error!

Not great but pretty good!
After assembly/installation I had some problems with the ladder floating but used a kids high pressure water gun and topped off the ladder to solve most of that problem.
When finally in the pool the ladder itself is a bit flimsier then expected. When grasping the handles to exit the pool a certain amount of caution is required as the handles flex a great deal. The larger the person, the more caution required.
Assembly was ok if you are handy with tools but if not, get someone to help you.
I also found it odd that the first requirement was to use a screwdriver to clear the bolt holes of the plastic from the manufacturers injection molding process. I would think that should have been done before shipping it out.
All in all, I doubt you will find a better ladder for the money.....I couldn't!

Pretty but not very effective for my dog!
According to the size chart my female lab was in the middle of the XL size at 32 inch chest and about 90lbs.
It seems the shirt is a little too big and there is a lot of excess material to try to find a place for.
As far as the performance goes, it doesn't do much at all to alleviate her panic and tension when it thunders and especially when the fireworks go off. The poor thing just pants and continually tries to find a place to hide.
At least I only paid $28 instead of the $50 that the pet store wanted to charge me. I will continue to put it on her in the hope that it may help in the future......and because I paid $28 bucks!
