Foldable?
Made in China. That should tell you all you need to know. I haven't figured how this is foldable yet. The first time I popped the legs out I had a hell of a time getting them to lock back into place. Not for the serious, but for $9 it works for me.

At least it works.
The only thing I can say at this point is that I bought this from Backyard Pool Supply and the box was open and it appeared to have a mailing label with someone else's address ripped off the box.
I prefer things I buy to be unopened, and not have another name on it. It does however work.
I would recommend it, but buy it elsewhere.
