Very lightweight cable
I bought this as a hook up cable for use on site, however it's a very lightweight cable with little protection and obviously undersized cores.
Not fit for purpose.
Despite its obvious failings I was planning to use it to trickle-charge my caravan battery but I'm not confident it would be safe to use.

A vast improvement
I took my 'new' secondhand caravan away in December and quite a few of the awning ladder rubbers were missing and broken and more broke as I used it.
These replacements are a vast improvement showing just what a poor state the old were in.
I've only briefly tested them but they seem fine - no sign of tearing under strain. They are stretchy but keep a good tension so they should stop the awning from flapping in a blow.
Only time will how well they last but even if I need to replace them in a couple of seasons they'll still have been good value.

Blew up on first use
This blew up when I first switched it on. Fortunately it didn't damage the bulbs I was using and the plug fuse blew also to prevent it totally melting.
