  I received the item in a timely manner. However I was not at all happy to receive a part that was not usable the way I received it. With no other choice due to time constraints (due to it being a house sale) I had to spend money out of my pocket and my time to repair the item myself. Fortunately the seller offered me a partial refund to compensate for me having to spend money and time to fix the item. Refund has been received. Thank you seller for making amends to remedy the situation.

  Great find! I've been looking for this and consideredtwo other options. This one looked most promising.When I got it, it was even better than the picture! Plus,the fast lighting shipping of the packaging made it perfect,I got it right away! This seller is really amazing. The lid lock worked perfectly for my washer . Probably saved me hundreds on parts and labor if I had hired a repairman to fix my washer instead of me getting the part needed and fixing it myself. I did it all on my own. TY!
