  I don't take any pleasure in leaving bad feedback, however this seller was very slow to dispatch the item and hard to get hold of. It arrived 9 days after payment was sent. This could have been mitigated by a very quick message to advise of the delay, however there was no communication from the seller until 5 days after the payment was sent, despite me trying to get in touch multiple times.

  The packing for a large goods item such as a printer was absolutely reckless and lazy. No protection support inside the box, just rattling around. Clearly seller don't give a s**t one bit. It may work but i had to clean the printer head nozzle as it was not printing correctly. Nice wording from seller (sarcasm), rarely been used by daughter at university. Lets leave out certain parts need addressing. Bend the truth, get away with it (just)
