Great record player, reasonable freq. response from the speakers. Would point people to it if they want quality without breaking the bank.

BRILLIANT! I've been looking for a reasonable priced, reasonable quality record player forever. Why the H*LL would you want to transfer vinyl over to mp3?! It defeats the whole purpose, at lease for those of us who remember the warmth of a pressed record. Don't take a good thing and make a crappy copy.

Garbage construction materials

Broke apart while I was trying to tighten it up to hold my SG-7900 still. It says that it was made for this particular antenna. My antenna was bent over after a short drive at 45mph. I tightened it as much as I dared. STILL the antenna bent over after a short 45mph drive. Moved it, tightened it, it fell into three pieces of VERY thin what I am assuming is aluminum. Got a big antenna like the SG-7900? Take a miss on this one, though it might hold a HT rubber duck antenna.
