Be wary of size chart
I had to re-order this product since the size chart is way off. The S/M size would fit a small person with spindle legs. I am very happy with the L/EL size.

Works for me
Bought this for my bari due to a shoulder injury. I put the abdominal rest off-center and it distributes the weight evenly across the shoulders. It can be a little awkward at times keeping it in place, but when properly positioned it's very comfortable.
