Looks nice & works as described
1 von 2 finden das hilfreich I purchased this to go with a new solar setup on my camper as something to keep the batteries charged without having to fire up a generator during quiet hours. Installation was a snap inside the pass through compartment in the front of my camper, making it only about a 4 ft run of #4 wire to the batteries with a 150 Amp DC Breaker mounted next to it. Wherever you mount it, be sure to remove all flammables like propane and lantern fuel. I installed a standard 120V outlet inside the camper in black so it's different colored than all the rest, and the remote On/Off right next to the outlet.
It works PERFECT. With two group 24 12V deep cycle batteries there's enough power to brew up a pot of coffee (Basic Black & Decker pulls 960W) first thing in the morning without firing up the genny.

If you dry or boondock camp.....these are a MUST
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I've had these on the roof of my camper for over 3 years now. They work AWESOME. Self installation was pretty easy, although it's not simply something the average Joe can just throw up there. You do need some basic electrical knowledge and be VERY intimate with the inner-workings of your RV to do a clean install. I added a 2nd deep cycle battery and 3500W inverter. At some point I'll likely switch to golf cart batteries, but for now the 12v deep cycle batteries are doing just fine.
This year I FINALLY replaced the batteries in the camper after more than 5 years. Without these solar panels and the charge controller, the batteries would Never have lasted as long as they did. These are the perfect addition if you dry or boondock camp. I take a generator with me, but short of needing the RV's Air Conditioner, the solar setup keeps the batteries charged for everything else.

Great replacement for the stock paper filter
Purchased for my CFMoto Z800 Trail as it was recommended by the CFMoto dealer that I replace the stock paper filter. If using on this model, you need to loosen the filter end hose clamp and reverse the mount tube so the long end is towards the engine intake. No problem.......
The filter itself works flawlessly. After a weekend of use and abuse on dusty trails I pulled the filter to inspect and clean. The outside pre-filter was absolutely caked. Much less between the pre-filter and primary filter. And looking inside the filter, it was clean. A pretty clear indication the filter is keeping the crud out of the engine intake and doing its job. And much easier to wash and oil than to keep extra paper filters on hand. I did purchase two just to have an extra for quick change if need be.
