  One shoe arrived with grass and chewing gum attached to the bottom. When I mentioned this to the seller, I received a rude and sarcastic reply. It took me half an hour to clean the shoe. In my opinion the condition was not described accurately and the customer service experience was poor. I took the photo after 15 mins of attempting to pick the gum from the shoe with a toothpick.
