  Seller sent a used item, not new. Contacted me after shipping it to let me know it wasn’t new and asked for me to help him know if something is new or used. Not sure what that even means. Promised a refund and never refunded my money. Terrible experience. Do not buy from this seller!

  Over the past 15 years, I have consistently purchased items from eBay without encountering any issues comparable to this. I returned the watch because it did not match the description provided. The listing indicated an Apple Series 9, but the product I received was not. Consequently, the seller promptly refunded my payment.
