gassed out
the tools themselves are fine functionally however they must have been sitting for a long time causing the material of the handles to start decaying which gives off a powerful vomit-like stench. had i know this set was gassed out i would not have purchased them. as it is i had to put lacquer on each handle to try to get rid of the smell of puke so they could be handled.
