Works as intended
No directions but it comes with a 2nd shim for the other side of the grab bar. Took 5 minutes with socket set. Spring is solid, and allows for one handed install of phone or drink. Would not hold them in place off roading.

Install was a Bit longer than expected. Had to find a couple videos online. The instructions with the lights are bad. However, the lights are great. Bright, no error codes, stylish blackout style. All wiring was easy plug and play. You have to route 1 cable on each side of truck through the trunk hinge to connect lower light and trunk light. This allows them to sync.
