Works well for me
use it once a day as I work as a gardener. Stops my knee from becoming painful and reduces swelling in my thumb. When I stop taking it the pain and swelling increases. When I start again these symptoms improve, so I keep taking them!

Great starter kit
really chuffed with this, all the products are well packaged and work straight out of the box. A little bit of thought replacing a pricking wheel or the razor blade skiver with some needles thread and wax and the set would be total perfection. For the price though I am not complaining it will help me make tool covers

with a bit of fettling very comfy
really good product but I did have to cut a section of neoprene behind the knee away as it was irritating my skin. Quick job with a sewing needle to hold the seam together and my knee now feels great. very supportive and pain has gone.
