Not 7075 alloy.
The two sheets I received were both far too soft to be 7075 alloy. There are no markings to indicate what alloy these sheets are, but they mill and drill similar to one of the softer alloys; most likely these sheets are 1100 or perhaps 3000 series alloy.

NOT copper aluminum welding rod
I received ordinary plumbing solder, NOT Copper Aluminum low temperature aluminum welding solder. I easily melts with a common soldering iron.

First Impressions
Great connectors for large diameter wire. Easy to solder even with a micro-torch and no soldering iron. Male & Female connectors make a tight fit that isn't likely to vibrate lose. The gold plating is thick enough that it's showing no signs of wear. I definitely recommend these connectors and this supplier :-)
