  Purchased the item and seller decided to cancel after checking how much eBay would deduct due to listing the item as promoted, deciding he wanted more money and for eBay to take less of a cut. He claimed the item was out of stock in order to relist the item as unsponsored and sell it at the same price subverting eBays fees. Whole situation has messed me around, next to no replies from seller except to tell me about how expensive the fees are. Still agreed to sell to me then sold to someone else.
