Worst vacuum I have ever owned.

Let's start with suction. There is none. The gerbils kicked sawdust out of their cage. This thing couldn't even pick up saw dust even in "turbo mode". In normal mode I could do a better job sticking my mouth over the tube and sucking. Have to keep it on turbo mode permanently just to get dust picked up. Next issue calls it a pet vacuum. There are 2 wheels at the front that now dont move due to dog hair getting trapped around them. You will also spend your time clearing the head if you have dogs. Next issue Durability there is none. The design makes it very top heavy. I needed to answer the door so I put the vacuum against the wall turned around and the thing fell to the floor. 1 time this happened and the battery shot out. Now the battery won't stay in. The thinnest piece of plastic locking the battery has broken off so now can't even send it back. Last is because you have to use it in turbo mode just to pick up a hair the battery lasts about 15 mins. This thing has put me off this type of vacuum for life. Cheap plastic with 0 suction. Do not purchase this it is useless.

Excellent upgrade for the price.

Went from 8gb to 32gb running like a dream.
