Looks like a. Like a very nice board.
I ordered this board for a future project, therefore cannot answer the last two questions above. However the board appears to be a good one based on appearance. I also purchased a 3020. Other pard from this company and have used it and it works perfectly.

I have read many quotes on the use of this product and I must say that I concur that this is a very good product and I would not risk using another.
