Unfit for purpose and dangerous

This product is unfit for purpose, it broke the first time being used. I was an Engineer and bought it to tow my car to a garage for repair. It was all fitted correctly, and after towing for less than a mile, on turning into the garage one of the connecting hooks snapped completely in two. I consider this product as dangerous and should be taken off the market until full tests are carried out. Vehicles that are being towed usually don't have the engine working therefore the steering and braking capacity is restricted, which is why the towing pole must be totally reliable.
