Not sure if they're OE but they fit and work perfectly
I'm not sure if these clips are OE but they work like OE as far as fitment. Obviously, I can't really comment on quality as that remains to be seen throughout the course of time i.e., will they become brittle sooner rather than later.

Nice upgrade
A nice upgrade to my HF manual tire changer, makes it a hundred times better.

Excellent replacement carburetor
A very good deal and exact fit replacement that started right up and is working amazingly well, it came with everything needed to install and now my lawn tractor is back in service. I recommend this if you're having carburetor issues with your engine, it's working as well as the original OEM carburetor and for much less money.
