I've never dealt with such a rude seller. I purchased a pasta machine which arrived without a handle and is therefore useless. I provided photos of the contents of the box but the seller refused to acknowledge that the handle was not included (virtually accusing me of being a liar). They just kept saying that it had never been used and suggested that I contact the manufacturer if I have lost it Photos of all interactions attached.
