Airport security friendly, fits on wheelie handle
The laptop slot opens like a clamshell. It will continue to hold your laptop while laying it out for TSA x-ray inspection. The body side of this bag has a panel that will fit over a wheelie handle, to get the weight off your shoulder and onto your wheelie (it zips closed if you want to use the panel for papers instead). Finally, you can carry the bag on your shoulder or, more secure from slips, cross-body (messenger bag style).

Modern LST
There’s a reason this has become the modern day equivalent of the original classic Gerber LST designed by Blackie Collins. That gentleman’s pocket knife was the first to dispense with a metal frame to lighten it up and while the Kabar Dozier sends the LST to the CrossFit gym for a more robust build, it doesn’t forget the original twin missions of light, and cheap. The Dozier also has a pocket clip and thumb studs, modern conveniences we all now expect.
