Just because the price is right does not mean its a bargin

Great since that #27 id harde to find.

IF it is supposed to work outside if it needs to be kept dry I should know that.
I thought it was such a good buy at first I ordered a second one but during the rain after itwaas wet it stopped working, it would have been nice to be informed that I neeeded to keep it dry.
